I want to ask about missing values in some weeks of traffic mobile data for Safeway stores. For example, in the city of Kahului, there are missing values across many weeks during 2018. I am trying to understand the reason for these missing values. Could it be because the store was closed, or due to a technical issue in collecting the data in that city?
I also noticed that in some weeks the missing values appear only on Sundays. Could this be because the store was closed on Sundays?
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
