Are delivery fees or tips included in the Spend Patterns?

Hello,

Suppose that someone bought a $10 meal from a restaurant through DoorDash and paid a $5 for a delivery fee. In the SafeGraph spend patterns data would this show up as $10 spent at this restaurant or $15? Additionally, if someone tips does that show up in the spend data? What about taxes?
