Builty data has many all NULL columns

Good morning,

I am interested in working with Builty data specifically for their characterization of new building permits. However, the column for 'NEW_DWELLING' is entirely NULL (not just sparse; there is absolutely no data). I would like to avoid having to re-classify permits if Builty has a proprietary algorithm that promises to do so.

Is there a way to check whether there is an issue with their classifier in the current data?
