Connection Reset Error when trying to download data

Hi, when our team tries to download the data, it shows

ConnectionError: ('connection abrted.', conectionResetError(1854, 'An existing conection was forcibly closed by the remote host', None, 1054, None))

This problem may show right after download begins or after completing some files. It seems not related to specific python environment as we are using different python environment across different setting. Is there any solution to that?
