We noticed that the number of visits reported in the "VISITOR_HOME_CBGS" column shows unexpected jumps from March 2023 through November 2024 in the monthly footprint data; before this period, the data looks normal. The values in this column are not even close to those in the "RAW_VISITOR_COUNTS" column. Ideally, these two columns should have similar, if not identical, values. However, we observed a significant discrepancy, which we have highlighted in red in the attached CSV file as an example. We would greatly appreciate any insights you could provide regarding potential reasons for this inconsistency and whether there is a known explanation for such a pattern. We have observed a similar trend in the weekly mobility data, although the variation there is much less pronounced than in the monthly data.

Additionally, we would appreciate your feedback on another issue: in some rows, both "RAW_VISIT_COUNTS" and "RAW_VISITOR_COUNTS" have values, but the "VISITOR_HOME_CBGS" field is empty or missing. These cases are highlighted in dark blue in the attached CSV file.
