Issue with Missing Location Data in Veraset Work Visits Files

All files downloaded from Work Visits do not contain any location information, as shown in the screenshot, both geohash and census-block-group are all null.

I am also curious about the Home and Work Location dataset. If a user changes their home or work location, how can this be tracked using the Home/Work Location dataset? Currently, the dataset does not include any column indicating the time period of the mobile phone location data used to determine home or work locations.
