Questions about Veraset visits data

Hi,

I have two clarification questions regarding the Veraset visits data

How does Veraset count the visits to POIs that share the same polygon (poi_class = SHARED_POLYGON)? For example, if POIs A and B share the same polygon and in total have 10 visits, is it correct that each visit is assigned to either A or B, or each A and B is reported to have 10 visits?
What is the horizontal accuracy of the data?
