Spending Pattern Coverage for NAICS 7211 (Hotels)

Hi all,
I'm working with the spending pattern data and noticed that for NAICS 7211 (hotels), the number of POIs with spending data seems very low.

For example, in Houston, TX, only 85 hotels had observable spending data in January 2023, which is less than 20% of all hotel POIs in the city.

Is there known undercoverage for certain NAICS codes in the spending data? Or are there upstream filters that might explain this?
