Samba Data Support

I'm reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered while trying to download the Samba TV dataset using the API and product keys. Specifically, I'm unable to access any of the STB datasets, and the ARC data download is also failing.

Are we still support this data? How can I still download these datasets? Thanks so much.
