Safegraph Spend Panel—Country of Origin

Can you provide some insight into the country of origin of customers in the Safegraph Spend panel? Do all customers originate from the U.S.? I see that there is a "customer_home_city" variable, but do the values in this variable include other countries as well (e.g., Montreal, Canada)?
