Dwellsy TrendsIQ is now available on Dewey, joining TotalIQ in the Dwellsy product family.
Suggested action:
TrendsIQ is an aggregated rental market trends dataset derived from Dwellsy's underlying first-party rental records. Where TotalIQ provides listing-level rental data, TrendsIQ rolls those records up into statistically consistent market trend statistics at the City, MSA, and ZIP level.
