Patterns+ Full-History Refresh Now Live

We’ve completed a full Patterns+ historical refresh from Advan. With each release, Advan restates the entire history of foot-traffic data, including:
- Historical data for newly added POIs, so you can analyze their full time series from day one.
- Backfilled history for any corrected or updated geofences, ensuring spatial accuracy carries through the entire archive.
Patterns+ updates ~10 times per year (Advan typically skips August & December), and each update includes a complete historical restatement. This means:
- A new version DOI will be minted for this release, reflecting material improvements.
- The canonical DOI for Patterns+ will remain unchanged.
- Dewey does not retain past versions of the dataset.
- Each refresh represents the best available version.
- If you need to reference or reproduce earlier data, you are responsible for saving prior versions while subscribed.
- You always have access to a fully refreshed, consistent dataset.
- Previously downloaded or cached data may not match the newest release.
- We recommend pulling the latest version after each update to ensure results are consistent and reproducible. This release is now available in the Dewey as a fully refreshed dataset. No action is required other than reloading the latest version if you rely on historical Patterns+ data.
